Carol is a local artist whose journey into the challenging world of art began in 2001, first venturing into watercolour.  Her passion was to evoke a strong emotional response from the viewer with the startling effects produced by this medium.

Now painting mainly with acrylics on canvas, her wide range of subjects have been captured from travel, from Aitutaki to Tuscany, from the Coromandel to the South Island lakes and majestic mountains.  Many have met with successful sales.  Living in Rotorua the wealth of natural beauty of the surrounding forests and lakes provides inspiration.
